# Terms of Service **Last Updated:** May 2026 Welcome to Silk Labz Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. ### 1. Appointments & Arrivals We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next client is not delayed, and you will be charged the full cost of the originally booked treatment. ### 2. Medical History & Suitability Your safety is our top priority. All clients must complete a comprehensive medical history form before their first treatment. It is your responsibility to inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications (including supplements). We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not medically safe or appropriate for you. ### 3. Payment Terms Payment is required in full at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and our digital wallet credits. Any packages or memberships purchased are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. ### 4. Right to Refuse Service We maintain a safe, respectful environment for our staff and clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with clinic policies. ### 5. Limitation of Liability While we strive for the best possible outcomes, medical aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Silk Labz Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any damages or adverse reactions arising from treatments, provided that they were performed in accordance with standard medical protocols.
