# Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and the time of our practitioners. When you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you.
### 1. 48-Hour Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of **48 hours' notice**. You can easily manage your appointments through your online account portal or by contacting the clinic directly.
### 2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a **late cancellation fee of $50** (or forfeiture of the booking deposit, if applicable).
### 3. No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notifying the clinic will result in a **"No-Show" fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost**. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement to pre-pay in full for future bookings or termination of booking privileges.
### 4. Grace Period
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients, and this will be treated as a late cancellation.
