# General Treatment Consent By proceeding with any treatment at Silk Labz Aesthetics, I acknowledge and agree to the following: ### 1. Voluntary Consent I voluntarily request and consent to receive medical aesthetic treatments at Silk Labz Aesthetics. I understand that the exact nature of the treatments, along with potential risks and benefits, will be explained to me prior to each procedure. ### 2. No Guarantees I understand that the practice of medicine and medical aesthetics is not an exact science. While my practitioner will use their best professional judgment and expertise, no guarantees or assurances have been made to me regarding the exact results or outcomes of any treatment. ### 3. Photography for Medical Records I consent to the taking of clinical photographs before, during, and after my treatments. These photographs will be used solely for my confidential medical records to track treatment progress. They will not be used for marketing or social media purposes without a separate, explicit written consent form. ### 4. Post-Treatment Care I agree to strictly follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by my practitioner. I understand that failure to follow these instructions may compromise my results or increase the risk of complications. I agree to contact the clinic immediately if I experience any unexpected or severe side effects.
