# Refund & Returns Policy
### 1. Treatments and Services
Due to the medical nature of our services and the time reserved for your care, **all aesthetic treatments and services are strictly non-refundable**. We are committed to achieving the best possible outcome for every client, but as individual responses to aesthetic procedures vary, we cannot guarantee exact results.
### 2. Prepaid Packages and Memberships
Unused portions of prepaid treatment packages or memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a medical condition arises that prevents you from completing a package, please contact clinic management to discuss possible account credits (subject to medical documentation).
### 3. Retail Skincare Products
Unopened and unused retail skincare products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within **14 days** of purchase, provided you have the original receipt.
Opened or gently used products cannot be refunded. However, if you experience a documented allergic reaction to a prescribed skincare product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a potential exchange or clinic credit.
### 4. Booking Deposits
Booking deposits are fully refundable or can remain on your account as a credit, provided you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
